Singapore winged color wolf

Winged WolfI remembered I did blog about a wolf in TTS. This is by my conscience not meant to be a judgment. I just wanted to question secular education system.

I am comfortable around straight man, but I don’t feel safe in the air with knowledge of someone on the wheel is fantasizing about naked women.

What about you?

Million dollar idea, live like a peasant professor

Ryuta Kawashima Ryuta Kawashima was offered million bucks from the royalties Nintendo DS made out of his popular video game. The man refuses to take it. He live exactly like a proverb I always like to use, especially when I am broke – “腰缠万贯,日进不过三餐,华屋千尺,夜眠亦只数丈。”

He says,

"Everyone in my family is mad at me but I tell them that if they want money, go out and earn it."

"To hear this may put you off -- but my hobby is work,"

"Having fun is not studying. Making them study is not to entertain children but to pressure them to make efforts. People fall to lower and lower places unless they are driven to go higher,"

"I'm confident I'll go senile."

lostin Chinese night – the first military strategist

This is, quote from a famous historical strategist. I cannot find a complete one from the web. I’ll share it here.

“日中必慧,操刀必割,执柯必伐。日中不慧,是谓失时;操刀不割,失利之期;执柯不伐,贼人将来;涓涓不塞,将为江河;荧荧不救,炎炎奈何;两叶不去,将用斧柯;为虺不摧,为蛇若何。”

南洋左右铭 – 寒窗

I make this proverb poster for myself, again.

Pre Valentine day – eternal paper heart

HeartThe day is fast approaching; I celebrate two Valentine annually, one in Feb, one in Lunar 7 month. This year maybe I will dedicate a sleepless night to make this. Since this is my first, I am not sure how many I can make. To all lovers out there, eternal love means she is flawless in your eyes. (Link)

Knowing the stand of Singapore

We have always been, and will always be, without the need of help from any foreigner. I read this news, without surprise, that Singapore will say, you can complain, and protest, but do it without the assistant of “outsider”. (Link)

I also watch this video, our prestige ivory tower of freedom of expression. After that, my mind slumbers into reality.

Temple of terror

Shrine of terrorIn Owja, few locals, I guess, erect in the tomb of Saddam Hussein, a small shrine. The wall that leads to his resting places reads, “look upon my works, ye mighty, and despair” – the first comment, which is written in this post from DefenseTech.org. How long will a temple of dictator last? (Link)

Sunbath day: Emerge as butterfly

There is this Chinese idiom, I would like to change it to 作茧待变. When it seems like self trapped, great power grows within.

Animated tranquility

The artistic feel of this animation just tingle my heart. It is like broken pieces of heaven slowly put together and emerge before my eyes. I shall sleep well tonight. (Video)

I who fell

Xanana GusmãoI just love this poem from Mr Xanana Gusmão so much, I share it here.

A Fighter Who Fell

High on the mountain peaks of Timor
The grass grows
And warms the fractured bones
Of a fighter who fell.

Down on the grassy plains of Timor
A flower shows
And beautifies the bones
Of a fighter who fell

This is the hopeful life that grows
From life’s release
The life that every woman knows
Who calls for peace
With every waking breath
But not the peace of death.

Throughout the peaks and plains of Timor
The life-blood flows
And animates the bones
Of the fighter who fell.

Two worthless rants from a Singapore peasant

I bought a Straits Time from 7-11 today and said to the shop keeper, it is fortunate that news paper price remains unchanged, or else it gets more expensive to stay inform. She says, “It is still too early to tell.” I think she is right.
Evening, I got this drink from nearby shop, which, by the way, has not increase a single cent since the “global phenomena” inflation kicks in. I urge him to support the gahmen market, at least increase a bit. Fervent supporter, just smile at me.

I just can’t find anymore 60 cents drink in Singapore
